Bill ClemensonBill Clemenson – Founder and CEO
Bill Clemenson founded FreightTrain's parent company, HTS, in 2002, in response to the rapidly growing needs of the California hospital construction industry. He quickly recognized the need for software that could effectively address the complexity and quality control requirements of managing large construction projects, and that would help put in place effective process flow and improve the communications between all groups involved in the construction process. He started development of FreightTrain later that year to address this need.

Bill has over 25 years experience in construction management, starting his career in the commissioning of nuclear power plants. He commissioned Units 1, 2, 3, of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in San Clemente, California, was the Heat Exchanger Thermal Performance Program Manager for the Watts Bar nuclear power plant, and managed HVAC systems startup and testing for the Pacific Gas and Electric Diablo Canyon Power Plant.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, with an HVAC Concentration, from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.


Vincent HanVincent Han – Director of Engineering
Vince joined HTS in 2005 and leads FreightTrain software development, including its various application modules, web interface, and handheld device interface. Prior to joining HTS, Vince worked as a Senior Application Developer and Analyst at Nike Inc., where he developed Business-to-Business web applications, web-based sales forecast applications, and product search tools. He also worked at the Vertex Group where he developed Business-to-Consumer e-commercial web applications, web-based management tools for web hosting and e-mail management, retail billing applications, and system troubleshooting algorithms, as well as serving as their database administrator.

Vince holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science with honors from USC.


Justin HarveyJustin Harvey – Supervisor of Customer Services
Justin joined HTS in 2005 and is responsible for delivery of FreightTrain Services on all FreightTrain contracts in Northern California.

Justin has provided support at the 4,000 room UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center construction project since 2005 that has included the management of Fire Life Safety, Commissioning, and Architectural issues using FreightTrain. He has been instrumental in development of FreightTrain's IRM application and in organizing and managing FreightTrain's field operations.

Justin holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from UCLA


Reece SteeleReece Steele – Director of Finance
Reece joined HTS in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of FreightTrain's financial management, including cash management, banking and general accounting functions.

Prior to joining FreightTrain, Reece was CFO at Lambard Enterprises, and prior to that, Controller at Cowelco. Reece has also served as Assistant Controller to the Clark Surety division of Clark Construction Group, and as Division Controller at the western division office of J.A. Jones Construction Company.


Kelly GuzmanKelly Guzman – Executive Director, Transition Planning
Kelly joined FreightTrain in late 2006 and is responsible for its general administration as well as its transition planning technology.

Prior to joining HTS, Kelly served as Transition Planning Director for the UCLA Westwood Replacement Hospital Project. There she developed and organized the transition planning department along with coordinating a 54 million dollar transition budget. She has also served as the Director of Transition Planning for the UCLA Santa Monica Replacement Hospital. Prior to her Transition Planning roles, Kelly served as Director of Clinical Services for Ambulatory and Interventional Services at UCLA Medical Center, Director of Emergency, Medical / Surgical, Rehab, SNF & Sub Acute Services at White Memorial Medical Center (WMMC), and Supervisor, Pediatrics & Pediatric ICU at WMMC.

Kelly holds a Masters degree in nursing administration (MN) from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s of Science in nursing from Pacific Union College.


Jeff AgnerJeff Agner – Project Manager
Jeff joined FreightTrain in 2006, and is responsible for software requirements definition and quality assurance of new FreightTrain applications.

Jeff's healthcare background includes three years at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA where he served as support staff for the Transitional Care Unit, Radiology Department and Emergency Care Facilities. In addition to his efforts to advance healthcare project management and transition planning technology through FreightTrain’s applications, Jeff is a board member of the Southern California chapter of the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Southern California Chapter.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
