Room Completion Database (RCD) Module
The Room Completion Database (RCD) is used to track the procurement, delivery, installation, testing and signoff on all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), as well as overall room completion prior to move-in day.

The RCD creates punchlists to document all equipment and confirm that it is properly installed and functional. Outstanding issues can be indicated and proper action initiated through FreightTrain's workflow capability. Field forms are created to track fit-up activities and to obtain final room signoff. As with all FreightTrain applications, data from the RCD can be used to produce Visual Fragnet printouts, track completion metrics, produce room readiness reports, and as inform FreightTrain Analytics
Special features are available for medical buildings provide the necessary information for Department of Health Services (DHS) licensing and patient move day.
