Construction Observation Walkdown (COW) Module
The Construction Observation Walkdown (COW) module is used by architects and general contractors to track their field observations before the final inspection process. It streamlines and accelerates the process of fixing detailed construction issues prior to use of the APL, CPL and IRM for punching and final inspection.
Basic issues such as broken tiles, missing light switches and misplaced valve points can be entered via the COW, and are then sent directly to the appropriate subcontractor for immediate action. They can then be tracked and status can be updated and viewed through Visual Fragnets and through FreightTrain Analytics.
